Mitas
Terra Force-EF 2
The newest addition to the Mitas FIM Enduro line, the Terra Force-EF 2 SM is a front-only tyre purpose-built for Soft to Medium (SM) terrain. Combines the proven carcass of the original Terra Force-EF front with a brand new tread pattern optimised for soft loam, wet clay, slippery roots, sandy soil, and intermediate forest going. Tested at the highest level of Hard Enduro and SuperEnduro World Championships by Alfredo Gomez. DOT approved for Enduro & Dual Sport motorcycles (20/80 road to dirt application), but as with all soft enduro tyres, this is a competition tyre that happens to be road legal, not a road-friendly tyre. Available in a "FATTY" 90/100-21" profile for maximum volume and footprint, plus the standard 90/90-21.

Ideal For
Terrain & Conditions
Soft to medium going. Wet loam, sandy soil, clay gullies, greasy bush tracks, riverbeds, technical forest, slippery roots and rocks. Not the right front for hard, dry, rocky terrain (where the standard EF Super Fast would be a better fit).
Rider Types
Hard Enduro and SuperEnduro racers, Hare Scramble racers, and serious trail riders working soft and intermediate terrain. UK riders tackling wet forest trails, mud-heavy enduro events, and slippery winter green lanes will get the most out of the green stripe Super Light. Open desert and faster trail riders should look at the yellow stripe Super.
Motorcycle Types
Hard enduro and enduro machines (KTM 250 / 300 / 350 / 450 EXC, Husqvarna TE / FE range, GasGas EC / EX range, Beta RR / Xtrainer, Sherco SE / SEF). Big-bore singles set up for technical work (KTM 690 Enduro R, Husqvarna 701 Enduro). Light dual-sport (Yamaha WR250F / WR450F, Honda CRF300L). Front rim must be 21".
Performance
MudSuper amazing
Designed for exactly this. Tread pattern optimised for soft going self-cleans and bites hard.
GravelQuite good
Capable but not its sweet spot. The standard EF is a better choice for hard, rocky tracks.
GrassSuper amazing
A core strength. Green stripe gummy compound grips wet roots, clay, and slick rock at a class-leading level. Tested by Alfredo Gomez in exactly these conditions.
Wet Tarmac GripDecent
Soft compound helps slightly, but open knob pattern reduces contact patch in the wet.
Road DurabilityNot great
The single biggest weakness, as with all soft enduro tyres. Knobs round off quickly on tarmac. Yellow stripe Super lasts noticeably longer than green stripe Super Light.
Off-Road DurabilityLong-lasting
Yellow stripe (Super) gives stronger wear life and is the choice for longer events. Green stripe (Super Light) trades wear for grip.

Running tubeless? You can still fit a tube.
In rough terrain — rocky enduro, low-pressure riding, Iceland-style adventure — fitting a heavy-duty tube inside a tubeless tyre is a legitimate and smart setup. Rim size below is matched to your selected tyre (21" rim).
