We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Different charges apply depending on the reason for return.
7.1 Non-Fault Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return Products for any reason other than a fault (for example, you ordered the wrong size or have changed your mind), the following charges apply:
- Return shipping fee: £22.20 (APC overnight delivery).
- Restocking fee: 10% of the order value.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping using our designated carrier.
Example: for a £200 order, the return shipping is £22.20 and the restocking fee is £20.00, leaving a refund of £157.80.
7.2 Faulty or Mis-Described Products
If a Product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will make it right at no cost to you:
- Free return collection arranged by us.
- Full refund, including the original delivery charge.
- No restocking fee.
- We will offer a replacement or store credit at your preference, subject to availability.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see section 8).
7.3 Return Process
To start a return, contact us with:
- your order reference;
- the reason for return;
- photographs of the Products if you are claiming a fault.
We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, arrange collection or a return label. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned Products, and are returned via the original payment method.
