Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 May 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the OnlyKnobblies website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

OnlyKnobblies is a trading name of Freedom Moto Adventures Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14529422. We are not currently VAT-registered, so the prices shown on the website are the full prices payable and no VAT is charged on our Products. Our registered address is 1 Woodward Terrace, Kent, DA9 9DD, United Kingdom.

You can contact us by email at tyres@freedom-adventures.com or via WhatsApp at +44 7342 014 205. We sell exclusively online and ship across the United Kingdom.

1. Definitions

We”, “us” or “our” means Freedom Moto Adventures Ltd. trading as OnlyKnobblies. “You” means the customer placing an order. “Products” means the goods listed for sale on the website. “Contract” means the agreement between you and us for the supply of Products, formed in accordance with section 3.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the personal information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may shop as a guest. We will create an account for you automatically when you place your first order so you can track its progress, manage future orders, and use any store credit you earn. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Each order you place is an offer to buy the Products in your basket at the prices shown. We will send you an order confirmation email when payment has been taken. The Contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if the Product is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

We may decline to fulfil orders where the delivery address falls outside the United Kingdom. Our website and Products are intended for UK customers only.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on our Products. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price displayed when you place your order.

We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment is taken in full at checkout via our payment processor (Stripe). We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We may from time to time offer discount codes, multi-buy discounts, or store credit (referral credit). Their terms are described on the relevant promotional page or in your account, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom mainland. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days of order confirmation.

Delivery is fulfilled by third-party carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to the address you provided. Title in the Products passes to you when we receive payment in full.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery and that the delivery address you provide is correct. If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address details or your unavailability, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the Products.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires by emailing tyres@freedom-adventures.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling.

You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the Products. The Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You bear the direct cost of returning the Products. The deductions and process described in section 7 apply to cancellations made under this right.

7. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Different charges apply depending on the reason for return.

7.1 Non-Fault Returns (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return Products for any reason other than a fault (for example, you ordered the wrong size or have changed your mind), the following charges apply:

  • Return shipping fee: £22.20 (APC overnight delivery).
  • Restocking fee: 10% of the order value.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping using our designated carrier.

Example: for a £200 order, the return shipping is £22.20 and the restocking fee is £20.00, leaving a refund of £157.80.

7.2 Faulty or Mis-Described Products

If a Product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will make it right at no cost to you:

  • Free return collection arranged by us.
  • Full refund, including the original delivery charge.
  • No restocking fee.
  • We will offer a replacement or store credit at your preference, subject to availability.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see section 8).

7.3 Return Process

To start a return, contact us with:

  • your order reference;
  • the reason for return;
  • photographs of the Products if you are claiming a fault.

We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, arrange collection or a return label. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned Products, and are returned via the original payment method.

8. Your Statutory Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Products we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a Product fails to meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as set out in the Act.

Nothing in these Terms restricts or excludes any rights or remedies you have as a consumer under UK law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Tyres and other Products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and Product. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper fitting, road hazards, or damage caused after delivery.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will help you make a claim. This is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

10. Use of the Website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the website's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content systematically, or use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the website at any time, including for maintenance.

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). For full details on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any single Contract is limited to the purchase price of the Products in that Contract. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from delay caused by third-party carriers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of statutory rights you have as a consumer, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where the failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, riot, terrorism, industrial action, fire, flood, epidemics, or failure of public telecommunications networks or third-party carriers.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the website at the time you placed the order. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future orders.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or any Contract is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
