Dunlop Trailmax Mixtour is an adventure touring tyre optimised for road use with light off-road capability. Designed for ADV riders who stick to the tarmac but occasionally venture onto gravel or hardpack trails, it blends sport-touring performance with ADV flexibility. It features a multi-tread compound for good cornering grip and durability, along with modest tread voids for light off-road traction.

Tarmac, dry gravel roads, light hardpack. Avoid mud, deep sand, or rocky singletrack.

Performance
Minimal mud performance. Shallow tread depth and road-oriented spacing cause clogging and lack of traction in soft terrain.
Capable on gravel if dry and well-packed. Not confidence-inspiring in loose or uneven terrain.
Performs poorly on wet grass or mossy ground. Compound and tread design are more suitable for pavement.
Strong on-road manners. Smooth, quiet, and confident in corners with solid braking and lean stability.
Very good in wet tarmac conditions. Predictable grip and braking performance even in the rain.
Durability
Tread wears quickly when pushed off-road. Not suited for aggressive or extended off-road use.
Excellent on-road lifespan. Designed for long-distance touring, even when carrying luggage.
