Dunlop D908RR (Rally Raid) is a hard-hitting rally tyre engineered for long-distance, high-speed off-road travel. Built for desert racing, rocky trails, and harsh terrain, it’s one of the few tyres durable enough for big adventure bikes in rally conditions. Though DOT-approved, its aggressive tread leans heavily toward off-road durability over road manners.

Performance
Can power through mud with decent self-cleaning, but better suited for dry or rocky terrain.
Outstanding on gravel and stony tracks, with aggressive traction and high-speed stability.
Surprisingly composed on loose or slick surfaces thanks to stiff sidewalls and tread block spacing, though not a strength.
DOT-legal and road-safe, but the ride is noisy and the knobs flex under lean. Suitable for connecting trails.
Low siping and rigid compound reduce wet road confidence. It’ll get you there, but caution required.
Durability
Built for long distances in the harshest terrain. Rock-solid on hardpack, rocky climbs, and desert crossings.
Can tolerate extended road use better than most aggressive tyres, but tread lugs will square off quickly.
